Call for more prisoner bank accounts
The Co-operative bank started giving accounts to prisoners which is helping them to built a new start in their lives. Those accounts guarantees them personal identity that they need for their accomodation, personal enhancement, to maintaining family ties and for employment, but the bad point is that they don't have credit facilities. The happy news is that this new system gives good results, only 39% have reoffended after opening a bank account. To conclude we can say that we need more banks which want to play this game too.
