Bank accounts: people don't want to press the switch

In the last two years, only 7% of the people who had money on their accounts moved from one bank to another despite the relatively high amount of complaints about financial organizations.
While a lot of peolple are pleased with their bank, the minority of customers are dissatisfied about their current financial institution. Eventhough, only a little amount of them have actually changed banks. From the number of people that made the switch, 44% experienced problems during the switching process. (The Guardian)
